• In case of medical emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E department immediately

Patient Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled appointments and follow-ups as required
• Contact emergency services (999) in case of medical emergency

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VitalApp and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Payment Terms

For healthcare providers and organisations using our paid services:

• Fees are payable in advance and billed according to your subscription plan
• All fees are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated
• Payment must be made by the due date specified in your invoice
• We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

Termination

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
