- Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information obtained through the Service
- In case of medical emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E department immediately
- The Service is not intended for emergency use or urgent medical situations
Data Protection and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal and health data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We comply with UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and NHS data security standards.
Healthcare Provider Responsibilities
If you are a healthcare provider using the Service, you agree to:

- Respond appropriately to patient data and alerts
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with professional obligations

Patient Responsibilities
If you are a patient using the Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate health information and vital signs readings
- Use any provided monitoring equipment correctly and as instructed
- Report any concerning symptoms or changes in your condition promptly
- Follow the treatment plan and guidance provided by your healthcare team
- Attend scheduled appointments and follow-ups as required
- Contact emergency services (999) in case of medical emergency
Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VitalApp and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or software without our prior written consent.

Payment Terms
For healthcare providers and organisations using our paid services:
- Fees are payable in advance and billed according to your subscription plan
- All fees are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated
- Payment must be made by the due date specified in your invoice
- We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy
Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to provide reliable service, but:
- We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or updates
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
- We are not liable for any service interruptions or data loss
Termination

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VitalApp, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms
