Phase 3: Staff Training

Weeks 5-6: Comprehensive training for clinicians, administrative staff, and IT teams. Live sessions, interactive workshops, and hands-on practice with test patient data. We provide role-specific training materials, quick reference guides, and ongoing support to ensure confident platform adoption.

Phase 4: Go-Live & Optimization

Week 7+: Launch with a pilot patient cohort, monitor adoption metrics, and gather feedback.
